The AI-native fan graph for creator businesses.

Every serious creator runs a business across fragmented tools. Concord brings community, monetisation, fan identity and AI-assisted operations into one platform — starting where paid creators already feel the pain.

The product

One fan graph for the creator stack

Creators already run their businesses across Discord, Patreon, Ko-fi, OnlyFans, Fanvue, Circle and adjacent tools. Concord unifies the stack around one owned fan graph.

The AI layer

A full AI workforce on top

An AI community manager, moderator, marketing expert, analyst and personalisation engine — the team a serious creator would normally need to hire, shipping as part of the product.

Why now

Market + structural opening + AI

Creators moved from rented reach to owned revenue. The incumbents hit a structural ceiling. AI is finally good enough to run the work creators can't afford to hire for. All three at once.

The convergence

One fan graph for the creator stack. AI-native operations on top.

Most paid creators run Discord for community plus one or two monetization tools — Patreon, Ko-fi or OnlyFans. Concord does not need creators to abandon every tool on day one. It lands where fragmentation is most painful — paid community, fan identity, monetisation and AI-assisted operations — then expands.

The AI workforce

AI workers mapped to creator jobs, shipping inside the product.

The AI workforce is not a vague automation layer. Each worker maps to a job a serious creator would otherwise do manually or hire for: moderation, community management, campaign writing, analytics and fan-by-fan monetisation.

Pricing shown as modelled packaging logic, not live pricing unless marked otherwise. The base-case revenue model uses a $75/month blended AI workforce subscription.

AI Search

Partly shipped

Finds the right fans, messages, content and community signals across the fan graph. Modelled pricing logic: $19–$49/month as an entry AI add-on.

AI Moderator

Partly shipped

Reduces moderation workload and trust/safety risk across messages, communities and creator spaces. Modelled pricing logic: $29–$79/month depending on community scale.

AI Community Manager

Building

Welcomes members, answers FAQs in the creator’s voice and escalates the cases that need a human. Modelled pricing logic: $49–$149/month.

AI Marketing Expert

Building

Drafts launch plans, announcements, upgrade pushes and personalised campaigns. Modelled pricing logic: $99–$299/month.

AI Analyst

Building

Identifies churn risk, underpriced offers, upgrade opportunities and fans ready to spend more. Modelled pricing logic: $99–$299/month.

AI Personalisation

Building

Creates fan-by-fan messages, offers and check-ins at audience scale. Modelled pricing logic: $99–$299/month.

Why Concord wins

The category is converging. Concord is designed around the owned fan graph, with the AI workforce on top.

Only one

owned fan graph for the stack

Daily community, memberships, direct-fan monetization, hosted paid spaces, a unified fan graph and an AI workforce — all in the same product. Each incumbent owns one or two pieces of the creator relationship; Concord unifies the fan graph.

AI-native

from day one of the architecture

The data layer the AI workforce needs — every payment, role, message and signal in one place — is already running. Incumbents would have to rebuild their core to ship anything close.

creator-stack surface, end to end

Community, monetization, identity, fan graph and a deep Discord migration all running at app.concord.digital. The round funds creator distribution and the rest of the AI team — not basics.

The market

The market is huge. The investable question is capture.

Concord does not need to win the whole creator economy to become venture-scale. At 20% penetration of its initial 250K focused creator target, the model reaches $100M+ annual revenue run-rate through platform take rate, AI workforce subscriptions, fan upgrades, Crystals and plugins.

Modelled scenario. Transaction revenue is shown as annual revenue run-rate, not pure SaaS ARR.
